Looking for a fun, creative way to celebrate? Whether you're planning a birthday party, girls’ night, team event, or just a reason to gather, The Busy Bee Creative Studio offers hands-on workshops your guests will love!

Each guest will create their own custom project—from start to finish—with step-by-step guidance in a relaxed, welcoming environment. No experience needed—just come ready to have fun!

🏡 Event Options

In-Studio Events (10–16 Guests)
Host your private party right in our cozy studio space—perfect for a creative and intimate experience.

Large Group Events (16+ Guests)
We can accommodate larger parties in The Swarm at The Hive (additional rental fee applies) or bring the party to you!

We Travel! 🚗
Prefer to host at your home, school, or venue? We’ll bring everything needed for a seamless creative experience.

💰 Booking & Payment

  • A $50 non-refundable booking fee is required to reserve your date
  • You’ll receive a $25 credit toward your project

🐝 Project Selection & Registration Details

  • The hostess will select 1–3 project options for guests to choose from
  • A custom booking link will be created for your event
  • Guests will use the link to select and purchase their project
  • All selections and payments must be completed at least 3 weeks prior to the event
  • A limited number of extra kits may be available for last-minute registrations
  • Extra kits are not guaranteed and are first-come, first-served
  • To ensure your spot and preferred project, early registration is strongly encouraged

📅 Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Booking fees are non-refundable
  • Events may be rescheduled within 3 months of the original date
  • If the event is canceled, the booking fee is forfeited

If guests have prepaid and cannot attend, their project kits will be prepared for pickup so they can create at home.
