Refund policy

Busy Bee Creative Studio – Refund, Cancellation & Studio Policies

At The Busy Bee Creative Studio, we prepare materials and reserve your seat in advance for each class, workshop, and event. Because supplies are purchased and prepared ahead of time, the following policies apply to all bookings and purchases.

Class & Workshop Registrations
All class and workshop registrations are non-refundable. When you reserve a seat, materials are prepared specifically for your project.

No Shows
Guests who do not attend their scheduled class and do not notify the studio in advance will not receive a refund. However, we will prepare your project as a take-home kit whenever possible so you may complete it at your convenience. Kits must be picked up at the studio within a reasonable timeframe.

Cancellations & Transfers
If you are unable to attend a class, you may transfer your seat to a friend. Please notify the studio before the event so we can update our attendance list.

Late Arrivals
Classes begin at the scheduled start time. Guests who arrive more than 15–20 minutes late may not be able to complete their project due to the pace of instruction. No refunds will be provided for late arrivals.

Booking & Reservation Fees
Any booking or reservation fees are non-refundable, as they secure your seat and cover administrative and processing costs.

Private Events & Parties
Deposits for private parties and group events are non-refundable. However, deposits may be applied toward a rescheduled event date if sufficient notice is given and scheduling allows.

Retail Purchases
Retail items may be exchanged for a similar item of equal value if returned unused and in original condition within a reasonable timeframe. We do not offer refunds on retail purchases.

Minimum Class Attendance
Busy Bee Creative Studio reserves the right to reschedule or cancel classes if minimum enrollment is not met.

Studio Cancellations
If Busy Bee Creative Studio must cancel a class due to unforeseen circumstances, guests will be offered one of the following options:
• Transfer to another class
• Receive studio credit
• Receive a full refund

Participation & Safety Policy
By attending a class or event, guests acknowledge that crafting activities may involve tools, paints, stains, or other materials. Participants agree to follow all studio instructions and safety guidelines. Busy Bee Creative Studio is not responsible for injuries or damage resulting from failure to follow instructions or misuse of materials.

Photo & Media Consent
Busy Bee Creative Studio may photograph or record classes and events for marketing and promotional purposes. By attending a class or event, guests grant permission for their image or likeness to be used in promotional materials, social media, and advertising unless they notify the studio in advance.

Policy Agreement
By registering for a class, workshop, private event, or purchasing a product, you acknowledge and agree to the policies listed above.
