COLLABORATOR STUDIO-USE FEE SCHEDULE

Effective September 1

STANDARD COLLABORATOR EVENT

Up to 3.5 hours total studio use • $25 minimum • $50 maximum $5 per paid participant • Total time includes setup, event time, cleanup, packing, and departure. 

EXTENDED COLLABORATOR EVENT

More than 3.5 hours and up to 5.5 hours total • Designed for longer workshops that reserve a larger portion of the day. • Setup and cleanup must be included within the reserved time. 

LONGER OR SPECIAL EVENTS

More than 5.5 hours or special arrangements • Priced individually based on time and studio needs. • Exclusive or full-day use may require a custom quote. $75 flat fee Starting at $100 $25 

RESERVATION DEPOSIT

Required for new collaborators to hold an approved date. The deposit is nonrefundable and is applied toward the final studio-use fee. 

Collaborators are responsible for:

• Their own registrations and participant payments

• Customer questions, cancellations, and refunds

• Project materials, supplies, tools, and instruction

• Applicable sales-tax responsibilities

• Setup and cleanup within the reserved time
